We Did a regular social listening for your HP and its most searched/talked keywords for about 3 months in which the sample size that we took was about 12,000 Tweets and Mentions about the brand in India across 5 different mediums that included Facebook, Twitter, Blogsphere, Customer Complaint and Web.

Outcome

We were able to draw a conclusion that its refill cost is high and customer response time was very poor.
